They pooled their savings to build the infrastructure for a company with one goal: have the best agents in Texas. Not the most agents. The best ones.

We opened our first office on Haskell, accept walk ins, you can find our agents on the Loro patio next door for 2pm happy hour smash burgers.
Now
Since then, we've grown to a team of 40 with over 10,000 happy clients who actually enjoyed apartment hunting. Wild, we know.

The best, not the biggest
Dwellinc will never exceed 40 agents per city. We could scale to 100+ agents tomorrow and make more money, but that's not the point. The service you get is entirely based on how good your agent is and how much they actually care about finding you the right place—not just any place.
We're not going for more. We're going for better. We want the most knowledgeable, trustworthy agents in Texas. The kind you'd recommend to your friends without hesitation.
Corporate energy? We dont know her.
Hair gel and fitted suits? Out. Being an actual human being? In. Was that ever cool? Unclear, but we're not doing it.
To be real with you, "cool" is a requirement when we hire agents. And by cool, we mean: be yourself, let others be themselves, no weird corporate energy. You'll feel it immediately when you talk to the team. We have a good time while we work hard, and everyone here chose to be here—not because they have to be.
The service (and why it slaps)
